Hi, I'm trying to rewire my hatchback's corner light and the way it operates. I was wondering which wire controls the corner light being 'on' when the headlights are turned on.... I'm not sure what each wire does... but im guessing one signals? one is the parking light? and the other is the one that's keeps it on when the headlights are on.. i'm trying to find that wire... thanks.

[EDIT] and sorry ahead of time if its a noob question.

 

They should be colored.. Red, green and black. The green is for the signal. I believe the red is to power it, and the black is the ground. I think, I could be wrong though.

 

oh... would anyone know how to turn the corner light off when it's switched from parking lights to headlights?
