Alright, I'm a n00b here...so let's see.

I've got a 96HX. It doesn't have cruise control. Is it possible to use cruise control from an LX or EX in my HX?

There's some cheapish cruise stuff on Ebay and I'd like to ****** it up if I can do this. If it's possible, what parts to I need?

Here's what I can think of, but let me know what I've left out --

-- The motor from under the dash
-- Switch for on/off operation
-- Cruise control ... module? (dunno about this)

you will also need the cable, wire harness, and that's all that's coming to mind right now. but why go through the hassle of installing it? do you do alot of highway driving (long distance)?
