binding after clutch install, anyone know why?

just installed an ACT hdss clutch and ACT prolight flywheel to motor. engine is out of car and it turned perfect before. Now after clutch and flywheel install it binds up every full revolution at the crank pulley at the exact same spot. Can't figure out why. Checked all the part numbers with ACT site and they all match up. does anyone know what the problem might be? Could it be the LSD tranny? any insight would be greatly appreciated. By the way everything was torqued to spec.
