It means that any Speedtrial driver can now get 10% off OMP safety gear from its exclusive USA importer, Driving Impressions (i.e. the "pro shops" at VIR and Summit Point).

I thank Grassroots every other month, and this time Im sure I will pick up an "action packed race seen" from trackcam. There is still a Kaaz up for raffle to right?

As for the Kaaz... the reason I haven't mentioned it lately is because I still don't have the certificate in-hand. Long story, but I hope to have it all resolved by next weekend.

Walk into the store and purchase that weekend, sure. Tell them you are a Speedtrial participant... presumably they will write your name down and confirm with me (same with phone ordering now and later). It's a good discount and that business is DEFINITELY worth supporting...

Hey I make it a point not to leave a track without picking something up at Driving Impressions. I see shoes and maybe a balaclava in my near future.

 

Good call, Dave. I'm going for new gloves and *maybe* a helmet if the OMP fits better than the Bieffe I have my eye on. The discount could save me like 50 bucks between those two items... which I will then spend at the Outback in Danville on Saturday night.
