Default confussed about tanabe gf210

a friend and i recently installed some of tanabe gf210 lowering springs on my car and the front sits much lower and im pretty happy about that. however the back seems like it sits half an inch higher then it did when it was stock. we have no idea why the back went so wrong but we could use some advice. (we did cut the bump stops the specified amount)
