Help!!!!!! with timing on a b18a1 asap

ok heres what i dont i took one of the cams out the front one and i put it back in right and now it wont run it was running before i took it out what the easyest way to retime it

well one of the little nuts come off one of the valve thingy and i couldin find it i had the valves to loose see what i dont is i put the cam back in and tried to crank it and it wont so i think its out of time
