said he was an ind. auto parts seller. buys stuff at auctions and sells it off. i "bought" a b18c1 from him for a good price. well, not good enough or too good i guess. i found him on hondaclassified and even talked to him about the deal and how he could sell it for so cheap. he even gave me a bogus shipping #, but the shipping comp. was real,i checked. anyway beware, he said he was from lexington. paypal is doing thier gay investigation and i filed it w/ the IFCC too. also called the cops in ke. and they havent got back to me. i used paypal. beware he suckls and has ALOT of my money

thats y u dont send that kinda of money to someone u dont know... do COD or u send the shipping charges first and if he rips u off ull only lose like 200-3 instead of 2300... but thats sucks to lose 2300.. hope u get some of it back...

 

I had a question, sorry to be OT, whats the cheapest way to send swap?

 

How long has it been since transaction cleared. Pay pal does not release for approx. 4 days. That helped me as using it as leverage in buying my motor. I was called right after I did pay pal transaction to verify that I did that. I explained to them what I was doing and they kept in touch thru whole process. They did not release money till I received motor. Hopefully they can help you out. Also, credit card company called to verify too. If you transfered funds from card, they could do stop payment. I wish you the best of luck with this and hope it eventually works out. What a nighmare!!!

Don't ever purchase an engine from some joker, always purchase from a legitamate company. Otherwise you'll get screwed in some way or the other.... mostly straight in the ***!!!!

$2300 is a nice chunk of change (at least to me it is). I'm suprised your still able to type on a keyboard. I would have had a stroke over that much money.
