said he was an ind. auto parts seller. buys stuff at auctions and sells it off. i "bought" a b18c1 from him for a good price. well, not good enough or too good i guess. i found him on hondaclassified and even talked to him about the deal and how he could sell it for so cheap. he even gave me a bogus shipping #, but the shipping comp. was real,i checked. anyway beware, he said he was from lexington. paypal is doing thier gay investigation and i filed it w/ the IFCC too. also called the cops in ke. and they havent got back to me. i used paypal. beware he suckls and has ALOT of my money

 

Does this guy own a shop in Lexington? I live about 50 minutes from there and I know several guys that own shops there. Man, I'm really sorry about what happened. Not all dem hillbillies are like dat though from wheres i'm frum. Let me something about his shop and I'm sure I could talk to someone in Lexington and maybe find something out for you.

 

This is the major reason I don't use paypal, if his account is already emptied you are screwed, whether if he is verrified or not. If you aren't too worried about ever using paypal again, you can do what I did. If you used a credit card or debit card, call the financial instituion the issued you the card. File a dispute AND report the card stolen. If/when they (bank) rule in your favor, they will give you your money back. If you dont report the card stolen, PayPal will run the charges through again, but if you reported it stolen they can't. Hope this helps, Later!

paypal is good and bad. You can ALWAYS get your $ back. Again, write a letter to your credit card company

 

can anyone help me? the kexington cops are damm lazy and dont return my calls. he doesnt have a shop just the number i listed this is all the info i got. alos paypal got back to me w/ the "investigation" and only got $50, so i need to hunt for the rest

but i wanted to come down and pick it up myself
so he just stopped answering my emails after that
