I am having a hard time making out what harness that is, but the green sensor plug looks to be your knock sensor.

The green sensor isn't going to plug in unless you have a 92-93 GSR engine harness.

Looks like the Vtec solenoid wire on your finger or could be a o2 sensor wire. and the green one looks like the knock sensor.
