Default Help! Rear wheel bearing: a little noise, should I replace it?

I don't notice it myself. Mechnic who changed my timing belt and brakes told me that. He said it is ok to keep it running for now. but the noise will get louder later.

Anyone has an idea what is the consequence of bearing problem? Should I replace it now? My car is 98 civic ex 4-door. 192k km.

Thanks a lot.
