it's a 94 gsr.

what i've done when i passed last time- intake, header, exhaust, aem fpr, jun chipped ecu switched to an ls ecu (borrowed friend's) fresh cat and new oxygen sensor.

right now- intake, header, exhaust, aem fpr, jun chipped ecu (my friend sold his ls..darn it), i think the oxygen sensor is shot, cat is non existent because i have a test pipe, itr cams, aem cam gears, vafc, test pipe, blox intake mani and ported throttle body.

now, if i would switch to a ls ecu or something that's not chipped(i guess any stock obd1 will do) and get a new cat, would that allow me to pass again like last time? from what i know, itr cam is a honda factory piece and the blox mani is a copy of the itr mani as well, so i don't think the two will make too much of difference.
