Default Running on 90 Octane

Eeek !!!

Yes... I've basically confirmed that my local 'premium' is actually closer to 90 octane than the posted 95. That'll explain why my 11.5:1 CR b is pinging even on a stock ignition map !

Has anyone tuned successfully on that low of an octane ? The thought of having to run C16 or an expensive octane booster on every fill up is scaring me.

going to have to retard timing to try to compensate for the low octane, over here in Cali, we have 91 a few customers car ran ok on it even with 11:5:1 comp. sucks regardless though...
