Default Oil pressure question on b16a

I just assembled a b16a, all new oem main and rod bearings, ctr pistons, new rings, ported head, skunk2 stage2 cams and portflow valvetrain. Im getting 25 psi at idle and 70-72psi at 3500 rpm's The oil pressure climbs steadily to 80psi, then stops and falls back to 70 psi. Im getting 80 psi at 8k in vtec. All my other motors have been 80-85 psi at 3500 rpm's. The only thing i can think of is a weakoil pump relief valve spring. Any comments and help are greatly appreciated. What are your oil pressure #'s with a bseries ?

Its probably the oil filter. I've had a diffference of 15psi at WOT between a FRAM and OEM Honda.

20-25psi at idle is perfect.

Should be between 70-75psi cruising and closer to 80 WOT.

The drop you see is the pressure relief valve, its normal.
