This has been discussed a million times on the boards but me not knowing the production number of my 97 ITR just bugs the hell out of me (some of you know the feeling
), but i made a post on ITRCA of some important info and dates in the cars lifetime that can help me find the answer. Thanks for viewing and please help!

My 1997, I bought in Georgia. #122. Though, I think my carfax history report says that it was originally sold in Northern Florida. I'll have to check my records and see.
So from what your saying, your car was stolen before you purchased it and your now trying to find the original number? From what I've read, unless you do not have the original badge, there is pretty much no way for us 'general public' people to figure it out. Nor has any sources who work for various departments at Acura dealerships figured it out either.
Though, you can run the vin number, find out where it was originally sold, then cross-reference with the DMV of that state and get ahold of the person who owned it. Maybe then can remember... Good luck.

Call up Acura Carland in Duluth, GA. That's the closest Acura dealership near L'ville, GA.
Or, try Ed Voyles Acura or Nalley Acura. Those would be closest to L'Ville. I doubt the person drove far to get it back in '97.

I was able to shop and compare 6-ish CW ITR's on dealer lots at a couple of the closest Acura's to me in June/July/August of 1998, in Texas. Of course, I picked the one with the most miles, badges already stolen, and A/C already installed.
I imagine it was a similar situation in Georgia in '97.

I think thats what he is doing, but also trying to see if a former owner might be on honda-tech.
