89 accord 2.0L head blew
remove head with manifold in it, disconnect emissions boxes.. and remove all with head,,
to remove lower bolts you need a 12mm short wrench i have found that craftman's short 12 combo wrench works great , remove oil filter, manifold to block brakets,

shoot i was afraid of that.... oh well here i go.....btw um when you replace the head you just have to be sure everything is clean and put the new gasket on and torque it down in the proper order right? i've only done this 2 times and i just want to be 100% sure before i go and do this job...

do you need to replace head?? take it to machine shop and chk for warpage it might be resurfable and reusable ...and yes torque bolts in sequence you should get a book to follow the sequence and torque specs
sheeze well igot the head off finally that thing is a mother to get off the tubes that go from the exhaust manifold to the intake were locked on so freakin tight i could not get them off sheeze so i had that to fight while i was removing the head well it'll be going to gether tomarrow so thanks for the help.
