Fans do not come on when AC is turned on

Fans do not come on when AC is turned on
I have a 92 DX Accord and neither the radiator fan nor the condenser fan turn on when the AC is turned on. They do both turn on when the car heats up, so I know they both work. Just trying to figure out if it is a relay or something. Thanks!

Nevermind. I fixed it. I wasn't sure which one was the relay for the fans, I just knew it was somewhere around the drivers side front left corner. I found a plug that had a small relay with a rubber cap. When I touched that plug, the relay fell out and had some dirt on it. I cleaned and and plugged it back into the end of the plug and the fans now work when the AC is on.
