Condenser fan issues
1995 civic ex D16Z6
I've recently ran into some AC problems that originally revolved around a bad connection at the relays.
The system quit working properly and the ac light doesn't come on.
The system is charged properly and will work if I jump the condenser relay. This also causes the ac light to function but the fan doesn't come on. The fan will work as well if I jump that side of the relay plug.
All of my fuses are fine and yes the compressor clutch will engage when jumped on either relay plug.

Re: Condenser fan issues
I figured it out, it was a bad ground on the condenser relay plug. For future reference the ac light will flash when you turn the key. At least that will tell you if the bulb is blown or not.
I just had to step away from it to think clearly.
