i'm fairly new to the whole seen (bout 3 years now) and i've read up tones on motor swaps etc. and figured for sure i was goin to do a h22a auto trans swap, and then he kinda conviced me to do a sohc non vtech build. well i kinda laughed at him at first but i see now that lots of people are doing it and getting some decent numbers out of them. My biggest issue is the fact that i have an auto trans in my car now. I don't like it but i have put to much into my car to sell it now and i don't feeling like spending 1500 to swap it over. So i was just looking for some feed back on a couple of motor swap and peoples troubles and sucess with them. My car right now is 94 civic hatch with a d15b7 motor in it cai/exhaust, just wondering what u think i should do........ h22a, ls/vtech, b16A2, b18c, or build d15b7, let me now some prices that you paid for your swap if u could as well thanks guys
H22 auto won't fit. Tranny is too big. Either switch to manual during the swap, or sell the car for a manual then swap. Intake and exhaust can be swapped over to another eg.
