Default stage 2 skunk 2 cam problem!?!?!?!?

Just put my b18c block and b16 head together. Head is fully built with mild mill, basically resurface (.10-10 thousandths) but anyway everything is installed correctly car drives fine hits vtec looouudd and clear but instead of a pull on vtec it's more or less a bogg or studder doesn't seem to rev as good. I just put the fuel rail on and just got a fuel regulator does this sound like i just need to bump the fuel a little, my buddy said he had somewhat of the same problem with his cams and he had to dump moer fuel on it.
Any help appreciated!!!!

I would guess your compression is to low, your vtec x over isnt high enough, and you have zero tuning done.

Now that you mention the vtec xover I think it didn't do it as much when vtec was higher on the vtec controller, but as far as the tuning part no, i literally just got the car running and took it for a test drive. I plan on going to a dyno soon just tryin to get it runnin good enough to drive untill i get to the dyno. Think i should try raising vtec and throw some more fuel to it and see what happens. Theres not that much tuning to do i mean yea i guess advancing or retarding would make a pretty big difference though.

You realize that if your gsr bottom end is stock that you are loosing .5 in compression with that head. Id drop in a set or p30's or jdm itr pistons, those cams love compression.

Yea i know my gsr head had a small crack in it so i milled the b16 head i had laying around to match the gsr, that way i at least knew what it could do. My buddy had the same setup just built head with cams ran 13 80's in a obd2 coupe
untuned, just threw it together and ran it's *** off!!!
