why in the hell would you wanna do that.

First off, it is illegal....secondaly, there are no mounts. They will have to be custom made.

The K series motor is superior to the B series IMO.

They did make GSR's and Type R's in 2001 which you could do if your EM2 was a 01.

With money anythings possible

i know goign to an H22 an older engine in a newer car is illegal... the k20 is way over priced you can get an H22 a hella of alot cheaper then you would a k20 .. its just a suggestion anyway but it is possible... look at that AEM drag car im pretty sure that has an H22 in it .. also not street legal.

H22 might be cheaper to buy engine wise but after installation your looking at a higher price tag.

obviously k series is better, the majority of us know that, but as someone mentioned k series pricing is crazy right now. building one is expensive, and on top of that getting the right ecu programming for it is expensive(ie K Pro) which is $600+. This is an exact reaosn why people build d series, u can get a block for 300 bucks

what K greater than what B? a k20a or a2 is better than say a gsr motor, but a k20a3 is a piece of **** and its coupled to a crappy tranny. K swap is best but not an ep3 swap thats for sure.

Also, if there was a swap, the b-series could be a built 2.0 liter for the price of the k20a2 swap. This would make more power from the start. (though the k20 would have some room for improvement depending on funding restrictions)

The motors are ok at best, they have about the equivalent of the Ls motor of the b-series. There are plenty of ls/motors that are very fast, but there is always more potential with the better motors. (really its the better heads)

maybe not a piece of **** but i was bringing up the point that though k is greater than b when your talking type-r swaps but some b motors are better than some k motors.
