when taking out my motor (D16Z6) what should I be careful about?

keep it part you need, throw the unwant away

drop it or burn it if you dont want it.

just took my engine out, just be careful of the dropping it on your feet..

Mine came out and went back in without any serious issues, if you're rebuilding it, firing order starts from the point facing the intake manifold and goes 1-3-4-2. My Haynes manual said it started on bottom and caused a bit of confusion.
