how much would it cost to fix this?
Check out the price on this one, it looks pretty badly hit, but in your opinions, what is the MOST i'd end up paying for it to be in its original state again?
thanks

I'd estimate 20-22 when all is said and done. which includes the 13,900 pricetag on the car. This is of course, overestimating and also taking into estimate what it takes to repair such damage as I've witnessed before.
you need: hood, bumper, spalsh guards, engine box cover, possibly a new driver side fender and rim, possibly some engine hoses and a radiator...
its not a hard fix, depends on if the axle and fram are damaged...should be a minium of 10g's to fix

Thats with a body shop doing all the work? My step bro totaled his gsr and we are fixing it by ourselves. He had some nice frame damage in the rear and the front end.

its easy to buy new pannels and bumpers and do work yourself, but i wouldn't touch frame work myself...sometimes you need the body shop, exspecially if you don't have enough room, proper tools, or knowledge...
im not knocking you, just some people can't do things themselves to save their lives...

I'd carefully check that things frame...it buckled quite a bit right at the mid point of the hood, and im guessing took quite a lick to the lower portion of the front (which could really cause some unseen damage if not inspected well).
Im guessing that thing is going to cost you quite a bit of money, and even when its done, im guessing like most cars rebuilt like that, it probobly wont ever be quite "right"...but hey, its all on you. I wouldnt even think twice about buying that thing, even for the price they have listed.
Why not take $13,500, take a portion of that money and put a FAT downpayment on a later model AP1 or higher mileage AP2? Low payment, probobly get a warranty, no worry about how the title will come out (since that rebuild could leave you with a bad title, or a car that is really hard to sell because of its history). Just seems like an easy way out to buy such a wrecked S2000, when you could save yourself some headache and have a mint one with warranty and only be paying chump change every month.
