Default forged internals

I am looking to find out what some affordable yet good forged internals for a d16z6. I am looking to make it run 22-30 psi. I am looking for the typical stuff pistons, rings, rods.....you know normal. Stock bore.

Thanks in advance.

For pistons, yes. Cheap and reliable. For rods, either Eagle with upgraded rod bolts or Crower would be the best choices, and new piston rings from either of the aforementioned manufacturers.

30psi!?!?

Wow, thats alota boost.

I take it that the block has to have some work done to accomodate that much boost. Does it require a new block or just a block girdle?

yeh 30 psi is quite a bit of boost, i would sleeve the block and use top of the line all around, gonna take a lot of work and tunning
