there are a lot of quality parts out there for manifolds, turbos, BOV's, WG's, and other parts. Check out people setups here to see what most of the people are using.

Full-race, drag, rev-hard, Tial, Greddy, Spearco, HKS. Just a few of good companies that make parts to boost your honda.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by redDAinteg &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">how big should all the intercooler piping be ?</TD></TR></TABLE>

The IC piping should be 2" from the turbo compressor outlet to the IC inlet. Most compressor outlets are 2" so it's best to match your IC piping and IC inlet to the size of your compressor outlet. From the IC outlet to the throttle body you can go with 2.25. So that means your intercooler inlet should be 2" and the outlet should be 2.5".

If you are looking to make big power then 2.5" piping might be better from IC outlet to the TB.
