ok i have a b16a with c completly bulit bottom end with 12:5:1 and i have i/e/h vfac and my friends ls is right with me and if im driving down the e way at high revs my car will sputter and then when i stomp on gas it will BOG horrbly i took out my plugs there white so that means im runin lean? my fuel system is all stock is this the problem any opions
