Default blower problems

93 civic ex d16z6, with 148xxx miles

blower is not working at all when switched on, lights for ac and blower settings dont turn on?
is it a broken fuse? if so, what number?

recent work done:
new distributor,
new msd spark plug wires,
new spark plugs

does anyone have the fuse diagram for the 93 civic ex?

or could it be the whole blower itself?

check fuse 13 7.5 amp in under dash fuse/relay box if its blown none of your heat/a/c controls function. also fuse 37 provides power to blower 30 amp in same fuse box.
