I had to buy the city light sockets and wiring harness seperate.
I would think that to. I am sure you will be able to fix the problem, Just sign up for different forums and you will be able to get an answer. Thats what I do. I am a member of 7 car forums total.

I leveled my headlights a couple of times so here is what you have to do:
There are obviously four bolts that hold your lights in place, the (2) on the radiator support, the one attahced to the bumber support and the one next to the fender. First, put your headlights on and secure the bolts on, but don't tighten them all the way. Next, tighten down the one next to the fender while checking the level on the headlights. Now, tighten the one on the bumper support and check the level at the same time, get it as secure as possible and then secure the ones on the radiator support. Once you've done this you should be good, but if your lights are still off, try to rotate the adjusting wheels or check how secure your bulbs are on the inside. If you need anymore help let me know.

I'll try this and let you know
I do remember when I installed them I put the top 2 bolts in first. I didn't tighten them but this could still be my problem.
Edit: I fixed it.
remounting the headlight didn't work cause then it wasn't flush with the fender. I just used the other adjuster **** and now they're good.
