Hi guys,
I need to replace some of the exhaust manifold studs on my B18C with hex head bolts. This is due to clearance issues with my Revhard manifold. I have the Honda/Acura part number which is 90026-PE0-000, but all it says is that it is a stud 8x37mm. I need to know the thread pitch on it though so I can buy some replacements from NAPA.
Do I want to get M8 bolts or is it M7? Not sure if Honda and hardware stores have the same sizing system for nuts and bolts. I think I might have read somewhere that hardware stores measure the head size, and Honda measures the bolt size...not sure if that is accurate though. Also I'm just guessing, but would the thread pitch be 1.25 or 1.50?
TIA
