Normally you want to buy a new clutch when you change your flywheel. Normally when you take your stock clutch plate off or an organic plate which is basically the same thing, it would function the same again when you put it back on. So I would replace the cluth in the process. As of the axles, normally you wouldnt. An axle would tear up due to excess torqe that your car produces. In the case of a lighten flywheel, you will lose majority of your low end torqe but will gain a quicker high end. So unless you have a built motor pushing out over 400 HP to the wheel, that wont be nesscary. But I would just check them and make sure that the boots dont have any cracks in them cause it just makes life easier if you do everything at once.
