spare tyre?
please tell me there's a spare tyre in the trunk somewhere...
and a question for the 00-02 models, do they come with HID lites, and lsd (i feel special knowing now what it means!!)?
because obviously i REALLY want an 04 model, but the cheapest i can find is looking at 22,000$$$ which is pricey, whereas for an 02 model, i find some for 14,000 up to 20,000. with relatively low mileage (under 50,000). In your opinions, is it worth it to pay that extra for the 04 model? ( i know it has little cosmetic changes.. but as s2000 owners, give me your honest opinion)

Id rather have an '02 over '04 - I enjoy the extra RPM breathing room, and it feels more raw to me. Yes there is a spare "tyre". And yes they come with HID "lites".

spare tire, hid's, and lsd are standard on all yrs
if you can't decide between model years, test drive an 00-03 and then 04+, only way to know which you like better

Is that supposed to mean something? Most people that own them bought them because they know what it was built to do. It sure as hell wasn't built to pick up groceries and pickup the kids from soccer, so why the hell would I drive it like that?
