i didn't recieved a security code for the radio when i purchase the lude. i know you can pay 25.00 at the dealer to get the code. i'm not ready to upgrade to a aftermarket radio yet. maybe someone can share there codes so i can try them out.

 

Radio codes are unique to each radio so no one elses code will be the same, also if you enter the wrong code the radio makes you wait longer before you can try again, try phoning the last owner / dealer to see if they have the code. Failing that try contacting the original dealer where it came from, they usually store them one their database.

Pull out the radio and write down the serial number. Drive the car to honda dealer, give them the serial number, and they will give you the code for free. I did that. You shouldn't have to pay their *** ****.

 

any dealer can look them up and should nto charge you if you walk in there after driving the car up.

5th gens have a sticker on the inside of the glovebox with a 5 digit code on it. that was the code for my radio.
