cams: how about buddy club spec 4 cams.......they seemd to blow the compition out of the water recently......i guess it would all depend on what type of power band you are looking for.
header: the new spark racing header seem to perform really well....i would go with that to save a few hundred bucks over hytech or SMS
head port: send it to a reputable shop.....just because a shop has a CNC machine that doesnt mean anything......most of the good head porters dont use CNC to port honda heads. portflow and endyn comes to mind when looking for good head porting work.
