What piston specifications...???
I am going to be boosting my car soon and i am going to be replacing the pistons, rods, head gasket,etc...But what pistons(size) do i need that will fit into my engine without any boring, etc(it is a d16y8) I was wanting to get some decent/fairly cheap pistons. What do i need to look at when getting the pistons to make sure they will fit in my stock motor??also, what do i need to get along with the pistons?(ex:rods,rings...)Do i need wrists and pins or can i use stock since i am only wanting around 250-ish hp??if not where can i find some good cheap ones???
thanks
thanks

Piston size? use the same size you currently have in your motor.
If you want to boost your car you want to look at low compression pistons such as 9:1 pistons. Size diameter you want to use the stock size but the compression you want lower in order for the boost to make up for it.
Aftermarket rods are a good idea and rod bolts also to keep the rod on the crank. Wrist pins come with the pistons
