My friend has a 99-00 Vtec Motor in his car, with a non-vtec intake on his head. The motor is an OBD2B motor with Vtec. I have a D15B OBD1 Complete Motor, a parts motor, with VTec. Will my intake work on with his motor? What mods would I have to make to make it work, I know Dseries parts are interchagable, but I had trouble putting my Vtec Soilnod on his motor. It didn't work. He just wants to try so I want to know if it works, where would i run all my lines if so

 

I may be wrong, so check with some other people, but I believe all D-Series parts are interchangable... So in my opinion yes, the intake manifold should work on the 99-00 EX Motor.

But you said its a 99-00 Vtec, you mean SOHC or DOHC. If its a SOHC then yes it will fit, but if its a B16 (DOHC) then no it wont... Hopefully I helped.
