I friend of mine bought one on ebay and his is a GSR.
I never heard how the Mugen sounds like so I can't compare if they are similar but the quality of the Mozart is pretty good.

I have one of these myself...its a very nice muffler. The physical size of the canister is a little big, but the sound is deep yet quiet. Can't hear the exhaust cruising at 40 mph or higher...my intake is louder. But when you get on it, it sounds pretty good IMO.
