The DC will be quieter, but the HKS looks and sounds soooooo sweet. I had one on my EP and I wouldnt have had it any other way. It can be a little loud but the sound is amazing and I got compliments on it all the time.

Yes it comes with a silencer that helps a little bit with the noise but not a whole lot. As for gains Im not real sure I only drove stock for a day

<<<HKS *****. know this, the sound gets annoying to some when on highways. to me, it's bearable.

DC exhaust? i'm just quevering with disgust. the dual muffler? i'm not a fan of that.

check out hksusa.com for sound clips. it definitely doesn't sound like factory exhaust.
