Yesterday I started my JRSC install and everything has been going pretty good, acutally real good.

Today I got to the point of putting in the intake manifold so I did a dry run of how everything would fit. Loosely set the intake manifold into the engine compartment and put 2 nuts on it just to hold it in place. Then I checked to see how the wiring would run to the injectors from the new location.

I know it's probably me, but for the life of me the wiring will not reach where it needs to.

I have read and re-read the instructions, but it looks like that cheesy plastic clip retainer thing needs to come off. Then it might reach.

 

you have to route the harness up tight against the water pipe...and then you have to remove the platic wire cover on the injector harness

 

Thanks for the info. That is exactly how I set it up and it worked good. It's amazing how tight everything is.

The only thing left is the wiring to the throttle body and some small hoses.

 

sincr I have a JDM B16 in my 93 hatch and used my single cam harness I had to lengthen all my injector wires when I installed the JRSC
