honestly, i've witnessed an experienced race driver in a ford 14 passenger van (more race hours than you and i have combined of regular driving hours) out run a mildly experienced heavily modified (for auto cross) ford mustang GT at the bonderaunt school.
considering you're only putting down "AROUND" the same power and im guessing you have some basic suspension mods... its all driver.

how is 200 flywheel hp (RSX-s) vs 200 WHEEL hp (soon to be at least 220whp) AROUND the same power? not to mention my DC2 weighs 2602 lbs compared to the DC5's 2945 lbs.
*** i do agree its all driver, for the most part but the my dc2 would start with an advantage.

I'd hope a turbo'd car would pull away from a stock one. I hope you'd have some brake upgrades to help stop and you'd be surprised on how close they might hang.

clubrsx.com quotes a stock type-s as 175 to the wheels. lets not consider the "soon to be" until then. so that's a 25 horsepower difference, a pretty decent amount. considering the RSX has much shorter gear ratios, that'll aid in it's makeup of acceleration.
RSX's weight 2,767lbs with a full tank of gas, im assuming you have some weight reduction, because integras weigh 2667 full tank.
at ~175whp and weighing 2,767 results in 15.8 hp/lb
at ~200whp and weighing said 2602 results in 13.01 hp/lb
with a 6 speed vs 5 speed tranny, those two cars will be relatively close in lap times with the same driver... MAYBE a 1 second lap time difference. but the slightest mistake throughout the course could change that very easily. throw a partial cage in there, spring/shock combo and some nice sway bars who knows what the difference would be at that point if one.

i got the 2945lbs from a motortrend a while back when the RSX-S was new so maybe the weight has changed since then.
no doubt that it would be fun though!!!

Think about it. How's he have a lighter car with more hp and still end up with less hp/lb.
