Which exhaust has better performance???

Mugen or the Tanabe racing medalion exhaust???

I like the way the tanabe looks... Which sounds better...

AND oh yea... i am planning to get SMS headers... or was is SMPS.. something like that... Would there be a exhaust to better assit thoes headers???

I guess that depends what kind of sound your looking for. The mugen is real quiet, almost like stock, and the tanabe is loud, but it's not ricey and buzzy, it has a nice deep tone to it.But for the absolute best performance, your going to want to keep it 2.5" all the way back. So I would say buy the muffler you want, and have some one mandrel bend you some custom 2.5" piping.

If your planning to get SMSP header, you should get custom exhaust to mate with the 2.5" collector. SMSP offers exhaust tubing kit that would bolt-on to the headers, check it out on the website for more info.

 

the Tanabe is def alot louder i'd go with the Mugen

 

check the ultra medalion. very very quiet.
