Default Is misfire audible?

Funny nosies only under load/high rpm. sounds like a clicky-thrashy noise. The hotter the engine the louder it gets and the frequency of the occurance increases. Mostly the car runs fine, I don't consume abnormal amounts of oil or anything. I do have a set of cams. Could the stock valve springs be giving up? Could it be misfire?

I wouldn't really say that its 'audible' but you'd definately feel a quick and sudden jerk when it misses.
