Default Car running idle RPM needle keeps going up and down slightly

Have integra ls 1995 160,000 miles. Car is completely stock.

Have recently noticed that the when the car is idle the RPM needle keeps moving up and down slightly. When I hit the gas (car is at standstill and in neutral) the RPM needle accelerates to the level I let it accelerate too...but then when I let the gas go the needle drops so low the car almost wants to turn off. Then goes back to normal idle which is slightly below 1000 RPM's. Performed a tune up about 2 months ago and still the same issues. Please help....Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

sounds exactly like a vaccum leak. check/replace all your vaccum lines

thanks for the input. Will try to pull from my cousin's 95 LS and swap... These types of issues are a pain to troubleshoot. What's the best way to check for a vacuum leak...?
