I am looking for the stock O2 sensor accuracy, or at least a comparison with a wideband sensor...

should have been more specific. I am looking for accuracy, I know what the accuracy of the wideband is but not for the stock O2 sensor.

 

sure you can compare them, not on a 1 to 1 ratio, but close enough to notice any discrepancies. It is obvious that you will get more accurate data on a sensor that operates on a wider voltage range, but it doesn't mean that you can't "mathematically" compare their readings.
I have a 30 LED Halmeter, which breaks the voltage (0 to 1.1 volt) into 30 data points, and if my memory serves me right, at the dyno, it was actually close to the wide band. My TWM halmeter, gives 10 leds for lean, 10 for stoich and 10 for rich mixture conditions. It goes from 14:1 to 12.5:1 I tuned my car by setting the WOT mixture at the fourth rich LED which corresponds to ~13.5. At the dyno, we only improved by 2 HP while tuning the air/fuel with the wide band.
I would like to add that these results were on brand new Bosh Lambda O2 sensors.
That was my experience, it might not be the same for you.
