Are these headers any good? Does anyone know if they will have to have a JDM 2.5" Test Pipe or USDM? Also is this a actual Type R header or a Knoch Off?

your link doesn't work, based on the pic, that is a knock-off of the OEM JDM ITR and would have a 2.5" collector.

Yep, that's a run of the mill stainless steel knockoff of the JDM ITR with 2.5" collector. If you can't get the OEM JDM ITR I would try to get a DC replica or the Megan Racing one, at least people have some experience with them, you should be able to get the Megan one for less than $200 just like this one.

Oh and his rims are pretty nice considering they were free.

A whole lot better than the "JDM Hype R" header knock offs you're trying to buy.
