pros and cons are basically turbo vs supercharger

pros
constant psi
instant power

cons
uses more power to run than turbo
limits at a certain psi

Nice hatch, horrible wheels IMHO, but to each his own.

JRSC isnt a bad kit, a buddy of mine had one and it performed decently. You should be fine with a stock motor, just go easy on it.

I had a Jackson on my d series in my old CRX. I loved it. Simple and painless intallation good "street power" Lots of low and mid range power and when you opened the hood the super charger looked almost OEM.

What I didn't like was the fuel pressure regulator set up and the blower belts. The first thing that happened was the fuel pressure regulator bracket broke. Then the fuel pressure regulator started leaking. I called Jackson and they were super helpful over the phone and sent me all new stuff no questions asked. The blower belt needed constant adjustment and frequent replacement.

If you are looking for a nice boost in power and not 500hp then a Jackson would be good.

I ran one in my car, i was quite happy with it. After I got all of the kinks out, it ran well and boosted great. I recommend you replace your head bolts with ARPs, since they went on mine about 6 months later.
