Default Oil to use for 98 3.2TL

Hey guys,
I am new here. I drive a 98 Acura 3.2TL. It has 150K+ miles on it, what kind of oil should I be using? what kind to stay away from? I live up in Alberta so we have 6months of winter to deal with as well. Thanks.

use 5w-30, especially in the winter. or 10w-30 in the summer. synthetic or dino oil is fine. i would see what the manufacture recommends(either listed in the owner's manual, on the oil fill cap or somewhere in the engine compartment).

I'm a tech at an acura dealership and we use chevron 5w-30 all year around. Then again this is washington but it works fine for every car. I'm pretty sure that honda reccomends 5w-30 anyways and on a 98 tl you really dont have any need for synthetic...just a waste of money.
