Default 92 Motor Mizzounts

Ok, anyone have a writeup or know of one online for replacing 4th gen motor mounts? The front one in the prelude Im picking up this weekend is shot an Ill need to replace it asap. Any help is appreciated. Ill most likely do all 4 while Im in there.

It's a quite easy job with a front mount.
Lever your engine a bit (use a piece of wood not to scare the oil pan) then unscrew 3 screws holding the mount to the engine and two big screws holding the mount to the crossmember. When putting back the mount you must level the engine that way the screws will freely screw into block and crossmember (it's better to fix the mount to the crossmember first).

Basicaly you do the same with the rest of the mounts. The rear one is the biggest PITA

Yea, I realize that motor mounts are pretty straightforward, its just getting underneath and looking to see what needs to be done to get to em. Im assuming there are no tricks or things I need to be certain to do with the other mounts that arent blatantly obvious?


And secondly, What is the best compound to use as filler to make a pseudo poly mount?
