I was just curious how much a b18c5 head goes for. my friend has one and he was wondering how much he can sell it for? It atleast has 75k miles on it. we dont know what year it is (its current on a 95 gsr but that makes no difference)

^ Damn. I thought I was going to get it. That's a good price. I've seen some complete ones go for 1500.

 

A complete brand new head goes for about $1500. Expect a used one to go for about $1000 (assuming it's complete). There are no differences between the US market and JDM Type R heads. The only thing that might be different are the cams. 97-98 USDM and 96 spec JDM heads came with the same cams. 00-01 USDM and 98 spec JDM heads came with the same cams.
