should i go with c5 head or c1???TURBO
looking to go turbo soon but my friend is selling a ITR head... he said that he'll hook me up with it if i wanted it... well i wanted to see if i should go with the c5 head or stick with my c1... i have a b18c1...

the springs are better in it, the head is hand port and polished . UMM it depends how much you need the head to hold. I know its a stronger head . It is going to yeild a different compression though. I would go get all new valve train parts and send it to port flow personaly but if the C5 isnt to expensive go for it.

The c5 head has:
larger combustion chamber = good
lower compresson = good
better flow = good
what price is it? that will be the deciding factor.

i think you mean the AEM ems. A lot of people here have it and love the thing.
the unit that Greddy makes is called the e-mange but it's pretty much a piggyback and it doesnt allow you to tune the car as further as the AEM.
