Default all motor build

well my gsr motor took a **** tonight so its time for a rebuild. i got a few questions:

desired setup

omni power springs
omni power retainers
stock valves
skunk2 stage 2 cams
skunk2 cam gears
skunk2 intake manifold
aem CAI
all new seals upper and lower
JE 84mm 11.5:1 compression pistons
stock gsr rods
ARP rod bolts
new bearings
ARP headstuds
new timing belt and water pump
walbro 255lhp fuel pump
tuned with a vafc2...

decent setup? will i be ok with stock rods and tuned with a vafc2???

please help me out so i can start on my rebuild..

also do u all think this setup will be good for 13 sec timeslips?

Why do all other areas and forget about the rods? Setup sounds nice but get rid of the vafc and run hondata
