Default integra b20 trade for 97 hatch

i am thinking of trading my 97 hatch for a 91 integra with a b20 block/b16 head and some cash. but the b20 is not running right, i noticed a bad tps while he was sitting, and he admitted that the vtec hasnt been engaging right and the car hasnt exactly been 100% my questions are as follows:

1. what could exactly be the vtec problem, bad chipped ecu perhaps?
2. who sells correctly chipped ecus? (i cant remember for the life of me)

-upgrades include vafc, aem fp reg. on the b20

yeah the thing is that i planned to sell the hatch anyway for 5k, it has rims, intake, exhaust, slipon coilovers and 160k on the d16. i figured 2-3k with the trade, but just want to know what the prob is with the b20, ya know if its expensive or not to fix. 1 more question - i saw a few yrs back a eg hatch with a built b20 and he seemed to have had all the custom parts(like ecu chipping) done by a company in cali. something like pj's or something im not sure... but it comes down to this...ive had nice cars before, h22 show car and twin turbo fd, but had to sacrafice for college. being with the money issue, i could use the cash from this trade but dont want to spend it all fixing the integra. sorry for such a long post, but i just need some insight from some experts

slevve might be cracked and they might have not put arp headstuds or the right oil pump check and see how thick the oil line is?

Sleeve is probably cracked. Most definitely.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by mikeslshatch &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">slevve might be cracked and they might have not put arp headstuds or the right oil pump check and see how thick the oil line is?</TD></TR></TABLE>

And check the oil line over.
